3Account Registration

When registering, you are required to provide:

Key deposit rules:

• All funds deposited must belong to you. Depositing funds from payment methods registered to third parties is prohibited.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your rq789 balance are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. rq789 supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement and applies to all players.

6Bonuses & Promotions

rq789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and minimum odds restrictions for sports betting bonuses.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who genuinely intend to use the platform for entertainment. Registering solely to claim bonuses without genuine play intent is considered bonus abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements have been met.

VIP Cashback: Weekly PKR cashback earned through the VIP programme carries no wagering requirements and is credited as real balance available for withdrawal. This distinguishes VIP cashback from standard promotional bonuses, which may carry wagering conditions.

7VIP Programme

The rq789 VIP loyalty programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation is automatic for all registered players who place real-money wagers. Points are earned on qualifying wagers across all game sections — slots, betting, bingo, fish games and the game lobby.

• VIP points are earned on real-money wagers only. Wagers placed using bonus funds do not contribute to VIP point accumulation unless explicitly stated.

• All bets are accepted subject to available markets and odds at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed under the conditions required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific settlement rules for that market state otherwise.

• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will be voided and stakes returned regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement.

9Game Rules

Each game available on rq789 — across slots, bingo, fish games and the game lobby — operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or the relevant game information section. Players are encouraged to review individual game rules before wagering.

• All games on rq789 use certified random number generation (RNG) processes to determine outcomes. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet size or player history.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server interruption or display error — rq789's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. The system record is the authoritative source.

10Prohibited Conduct

11Account Suspension & Closure

rq789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance associated with that account — including both deposited funds and any bonus or VIP cashback — may be forfeited.
